ESculptApply

Experimental

What applying one sculpt record, or one brush step, did.

Declaration

enum class ESculptApply : uint8_t
Header
#include "Native/SculptCommand.h"
Module
PublicDependencyModuleNames.Add("OrreryTerrainCore"); in your module’s Build.cs.
Stability
Experimental: supported, may change in a minor version, with a changelog line.

Description

Returned by FSculptReplayer and by FTerrainWorld's brush calls, so the authority, a replica and the shell read one vocabulary. The shell mirrors it (EOrreryTerrainSculptResult).

Values

ValueMeaning
Applied = 0

The ground changed. A single step published one snapshot; a run of steps publishes once at its end.

NoChange

Accepted; nothing changed (a brush outside the terrain, ground already at the flatten height, a Begin or End).

Pending

Ground the brush reads is not resident yet; it was requested. A replica keeps the record queued.

Refused

CheckSculptCommand refused it; dropped. An authority never emits one.

OutOfOrder

Not the next step of an open stroke, or no stroke is open; dropped and counted as a desync.
