Inputs

Orrery Terrain Feature Edit ContextOrrery Terrain Feature Edit Context——

Outputs

PinTypeMeaning
Feature IdInteger64

The feature the request replaces or removes.

Owner DomainInteger64

FOwnerId::Domain the feature was committed with, a FourCC; 0 = no owner.

Owner Id (advanced)Integer64

FOwnerId::Id the feature was committed with.

Author (advanced)Integer

The author whose request inserted the feature this session; 0 = the server: the host, the server's own code, the editor's authoring layer or a loaded save.

Request Author (advanced)Integer

The requesting player's author id (FOrreryTerrainNetWelcome::Author).

Old Bounds (advanced)Box

The feature's footprint now, world cm.

New Bounds (advanced)Box

The replacement's footprint, world cm; empty for a Remove.

Description

Author is who committed the feature, not its owner: FOwnerId stays the game's own and the server never writes it. The server records the author of every feature a client's request inserts, for the session; author ids are never reused, so a player who joins again gets a new one.
