A sequenced record must carry NextSeq(); a Repair carries NextSeq() - 1, the position it follows. For Sculpt, Command is coded and Payload ignored.

Returns

Ok; otherwise BadSequence, UnknownKind, BadLength (an empty or too large payload), or BadPayload (a command DecodeSculptCommand would refuse, of another version or stroke 0), and nothing was written.
