Produced by DecodeNetRecord (pointing into its input), FTerrainNetLog::Get (into the log, valid until the next Append or Trim) and FNetBatchReader::Next (into the batch, or for Sculpt into the reader's own buffer, valid until its next call). Tier 1, plain data.
