Description
Synchronous. Refused, with a reason and nothing changed, while the ground under it is not resident (the tiles stay requested and held for this component, so calling again on a later frame succeeds), on a client (use Rebuild Spline Feature (Async), which asks the server), on a read-only terrain, for a Baked or Copy component, and for a spline the kind refuses (a closed spline for a corridor, an open or self-intersecting one for a plate).
