Description
Two things are checked, on the parent material's own graph: it has an RVT Output node (a node held by a material function compiles nothing, though the cached flag bHasRuntimeVirtualTextureOutput says otherwise), and Tangent Space Normal is off (the RVT stores world-space normals). Without them the terrain draws the direct layer blend and the ballast shoulders are lost. Called by WrapMaterialAs; nothing is changed, it is the buyer's material.
